Mission Statement
"Our program aims to strengthen athletes' mental toughness, enabling them to perform at their peak consistently while fostering both physical health and mental well-being."

Philosophy
The mind is a powerful tool capable of guiding all of our actions. By channeling its energy toward creating positive outcomes, we can achieve our performance goals. How we perform is largely influenced by our thoughts and emotions, making it essential to cultivate mental clarity. The aim is to establish a focused, calm environment by removing distractions and negative influences. There is no universal blueprint for building your personal system—only you truly understand yourself, and only you can design and construct it.

Services
Mental skills training uses repetitive exercises to help athletes build key mental abilities, strengthen their mindset, and overcome obstacles to maximize physical performance.

Areas of Concentration:
Confidence, Anxiety, Training, Adversity (expect the unexpected), Focus, Fear, Coping with failure, and more.
3 Major Areas Athlete's Suffer From!
Anxiety- deals with the fear of failure. That will transition onto failure due to no clear justification. Individuals will experience emotional conflict that can increase blood pressure and physical distress.
Depression- is a disorder that deals with the loss of interest or having a decrease in performance and or pleasure. Depression can be triggered from some symptoms of anxiety leading to an individual's ability to have low self-worth, sadness and decreased energy.
Injuries- is causing damage to your body or the abuse of energy that is not transferred through your body. Injuries is also caused by the mind not connecting with the action taking place, this is psychological injury.
Overall I think my mindset has improved a lot and i have you to thank for that.
- Kimeone McLeod
Famu Track & Field hurdler
As a former athlete of Coach/Dr. Brandit's, she has taught me what most coaches do not; How to deal with adversity head on, figure out the greatest way to overcome whatever is in front of me, and make the right decisions not based off feelings nor emotions. These lifelong lessons helped me get through some of the hardest workouts I've ever been through on the track, but also helped me through some really difficult hardships life threw at me. Her perseverance, strong leadership, and "get it done" attitude attributes to much of my success today.

Dr. Payne has helped me build a program to work on my game routine before my games. I am more confident in my skills and able to control my anxiety on and off the court.
